I wanted a space where I could speak more raw, more real, and represent my name — and my name only. No filters. No fluff. Just honest conversations about life, health, growth, and everything in between.

I share a few current things going on in my world, talk about what it really means to take ownership instead of playing the victim, and even call myself out for trying to cut back on filler words when I speak.

This episode is short and simple — a quick intro to what's ahead. Expect deeper conversations, more real talk, and the kind of perspective that helps you level up in every area of life.

You know, my co-host on Tuesdays is Mr. Craig Smith, who's a licensed clinical therapist,

and he brings that expertise to the show from a clinical side and a therapy side.

I bring a lot of the health and fitness. We mesh it together. And bring in really good guests.

Some of those guests, as you guys long term listeners, haven't been just been on health and

fitness. They've been cool sobriety stories, cool stories in general, people overcoming really

hard stuff. And but also a lot of guests just on health and fitness as well. So it's still going to be a health

optimization show. But the reason why I switched it is a couple things. One, the searchability

of our show when we rebranded from key nutrition to next level coaching was a little bit

challenging because there's already about 20 other podcasts with the

word next level on it. The key nutrition podcast still alone. There was no other key nutrition

podcast. And so just the searchability of the show is not great. And secondly, and probably the more

important reason was I've always tried to be pretty, pretty real on here, but I want to be

even a little more raw and a little more real and raw and share my shit. And I wanted to speak

on behalf of me, me, not the company. Because, you know, I've got six, seven other coaches

that work under under, uh, in the key nutrition,

or I'm sorry, in the next level nutrition umbrella. Then we have people coaches associated,
