It is Venus's Day, Friday, April 21st.

Venus is at home in Taurus, in Taurus season began yesterday. There is a lot happening this season, including

Mercury retrograde in Taurus, Jupiter's entry into Taurus, a lunar eclipse and Taurus's opposite

sign Scorpio, and and will also see a powerful

activation of the fixed cross as Pluto stations retrograde and Aquarius on May 1st

and a few weeks later is squared by Jupiter as it enters Taurus and is opposed by Mars as it enters Leo just a few days before a tourist season ends.

The astrology of this season is immense and it's powerful on a collective level.

Reading its symbolism has felt to me like an accurate description of the general state of environmental, social, and political chaos in the world right now.

As you know, the world is enormous and there are multiple overlapping crises occurring,

many of which have the potential to drastically alter life on earth and all of which also have the

potential to serve as catalysts for the shifts in human consciousness that will be

required if we're going to survive and certainly if we're going to thrive.

This is a season that's asking us to turn towards the trouble and grapple with the causes and conditions that have brought us here.
