Welcome in to the first episode in season five in 2024 of Friends from Work. This is a podcast about all things in the Marvel

Cinematic Universe. And as always, it's hosted by my longtime friend from work, Robbie Earle,

and myself, Kyle Skona Will. 2024, Season 5, We've made it five full years on this podcast.

Man.

That is crazy to think about.

I always get annoyed at this time of year when everybody seemingly posts the, oh, good

ridden's 2023.

Oh, so and so a celebrity I've never met. That's 87 passed away. This was the worst year ever.

Oh, we're moving. Oh, good ridd's 2023. And I'm always kind of like, okay, was it really that bad for you? Like the year was that tough. However, this is like the first time in a while where I would say good rid is 2023 for me

2023 was not my favorite year just a lot of stuff going on uh I won't mention it all

but just a lot of stuff personally work wise and so the the other side of that though Rob

is I am so ready to make 2024 just the best year of our life, of my life, of each one of our

listeners' lives. This is the year that our listeners see this year. It is the year of friends

from work, not only us, but also our listeners. So let's make, like I woke up yesterday just

feeling like 2024 is going to kick some serious

butt and I'm going to help make it that happen.

And you know what?

I feel like it's important for us to have that mentality because election years here

for our, well, regardless, because it becomes such a thing, but particularly for our, well, regardless,

because it becomes such a thing.
