Hello, I'm Greg Janup, I'm the host of The Your Dead To Me Podcast and I'm the Chief

Nerd on the Horrible History's TV show, but in these strange times of lockdown where

we're all cooped up indoors, I thought I'd make a fun new series of short history lessons

for kids and families. It's called Home School History, and every episode is a lively 15-minute

guide to a fascinating historical subject. It's funny, and informative, and suitable

for all ages from about seven upwards, provided you like bum jokes and silly sound effects.

And who doesn't?

We'll be launching the series with a romp through the restoration that put King Charles

II back on the throne in the 1660s, and then we'll climb aboard a space rocket and

blast off into orbit with a space race episode about the 20th century.

After that we'll have lots of episodes about Charles Dickens, the Battle of Hastings, the

first Emperor of China, Pocohontus, Stone Age Britain, Florence Nightingale, Roman

Gladiators and more.
