The news fairy dropped off a little something

in the form of Nordstrom shares up more than 10% today on the reports that the Nordstrom family is basically

sick and tired of the public markets and are considering taking the company

private which good for them because if I I don't know how many people are in the Nordstrom family, how many

people have a seat at the table, but if I were one of the cousins or brothers or whatever I would absolutely be saying you know what let's get out of here

Let's how much money do we need to raise?

Let's figure that out and let's become private.
