Okay, hi guys. My name's Shannon Beveridge. I'm your host and things are changing. A year and a half ago,

I launched this show, X's and O's, a podcast about queer relationships and sex. I can never say

thank you enough for what this show has given me and the conversations it's led me to the guests that I've

had. The tour I went on, like there's so much that came from X's and O's that I've had, the tour I went on. Like, there's so much that came from

X's and O's that I will never, ever, ever be able to thank anyone enough for. Like, I never

expected going into it that it could be what it's become. But after a year and a half of doing this

show, it does feel like limiting the conversation to just relationships and sex

and just X and O is holding us back from other conversations we could be having.

Because really at the end of the day, I don't want this to be an exclusive space.

I want it to be for everyone and about everything. So we are rebranding as Alphabet Club

so that we can be all letters under the queer spectrum and have all different kinds of

conversations, all different kinds of guests. And with that, we did also lose the bed.

It's so sad.

But I want to be able to have like all kinds of guests from all ages and like politicians

and people who maybe the idea of a podcast specifically about sex was not to be so punny, but a turnoff. Obviously a huge motivation

for this is the political climate in general, but also just growing up and my own experience

online. I think there are so many other things I want to talk about and other things I want

people to focus on. One of the biggest things,

one of the things I think that this community needs more than anything is queer joy. So every

week I'll be here with either my producer, Rebecca, or my editor, Vanessa, and we will have a

different guest each week, the same way that it's always been. but we'll be trying new segments and having new
