In this weeks show, we welcome new listeners and will explore various mental health terms used on the show, specifically focusing on Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and ways to understand, embrace, and love our highly sensitive selves. I will discuss topics such as sensory sensitivity, emotional and mental sensitivity, and theories about the cause of high sensitivity. you've already faced many scary things too. I don't ever want to make it look or seem like I'm not scared sometimes.

The goal really isn't to be fearless.

Rather, it's to feel the fear, the fear of judgment, the fear of possible retaliation, the fear of

possible rejection, the fear of judgment from our own inner perfectionist that can pick anything apart and focus on the imperfection.

So often in life we are called to feel the fear and move forward anyway.
