Hi, how are you? I feel like I can't just come in here like I have before because we are not the same.

Thank you so much for joining me again at BU Unapologetically Podcast. My name is Kyra Totten and I am so

excited to have you join me back on this journey. If you have been here for a minute and you follow me on

social, you know that my life has just turned completely upside down. And I will tell you right now

that the podcast was one of the things that I felt like there's no way I can come in here

and share how to get through hard things when I was in the midst of getting through hard

things. So I did what I knew to do and pull away. And I will not tell you that was not the best

option to do, but I knew at that point in time, I had to give my energy where I could and what was

needed for me. And I had to really buckle down and be a mom first. That was the first thing that I was. And then I had to

look out for me and I had to really dive deep in my faith. And I had to really recognize who I was and

where I was going. And I had to kind of shine light on demons that I personally was just trying to

show up and hide. I was trying to cover up. And so I am here coming in loudly and boldly. I am going to be sharing

me, my faith, what I love, what I don't love, how I feel, what I just want to be able to share with

the world. And I thank you so much for coming back, for coming back to my podcast, for sticking

through this with me. I had so many of you

message me reaching out, hey, when are you going to do another podcast? And I loved the encouragement.

I loved the excitement. But I was like, I don't know what I'm going to share about. And that's what

I'm going to talk about. Sometimes we just don't know what we're doing. Even if you're the person who

has all the follows, all the

downloads, all the things, the business, the marriage, the house, the car, you have it all

figured out. But sometimes you have no idea. You haven't figured out at all because maybe you've

been showing up and living life for you and not for your, not for what God wants you to do,
