Spring practices underway on Monday for the Penn State

and the Lions, the first of 15 spring sessions that will help them grow as a organization, help them grow as a staff and grow as a group of players something that did not

occur last year of course is they had to wait all the way until August to get on the

field together and really later than that to get on the field as an entire unit.

So Sean, a big moment and big milestone I think in our hopefully collective return to quote unquote normalcy is seeing those guys and

Mark Brennan of course right on the scene snapping a bunch of photos all over lines 24-7.com right now.

Guys on the practice field here in the spring. I mean it's just

it's been a long year since we saw that all wiped away.

Yeah I mean you think about it two years since the last time they had spring

practice which is just it's crazy to try and wrap your head around but it's

still awesome you know you get out there and you get one one step closer and that's really what it's

been about for the last several months is just one step closer for everybody and you know hopefully
