Hello, hello and welcome to the Good Day podcast. You guys, this is episode one. I'm sitting here

like a kid on Christmas Day right now. I have the biggest smile on my face. I am just so pumped. Like,

is this really happening? Is this real life right now? Am I sitting down to do my own podcast? I cannot

even, I can't believe it. I can't believe it's happening. My name is Sarah Vandy, Sarah Joy blog over

on Instagram, if you're familiar with me from there.

And I have thought about doing this podcast for, gosh, at least a year, I want to say.

This has been kind of swirling around in my mind and on my heart.

And I have debated it.

I have thought through the pros and the cons and just thought about it and prayed

about it a ton. And you know, I finally decided this is it. I'm doing it. I'm going for it.

2022 is the year this podcast is happening. So here we are. I am so excited to just sit down with

you guys and chat because, you know, I always feel

rushed over on Instagram, if that makes sense. I always feel when I'm on stories that I kind of need

to hurry. I kind of need to get to the point. I kind of need to wrap it up, you know, and make things

quick, short and sweet because people aren't there to watch a million little

story dots. I know I'm not. And so a podcast just gives me the opportunity to share more of my

heart with you guys, to talk through more things that I care about, that I'm passionate about.

And really, I have this list of dream people. I would love to interview for my podcast as well,

and I'll get into that here in a bit. But I just want to use episode one here today to talk

through a little bit about what you can expect from my podcast, why I'm starting this,

which I already kind of covered. And then also just like a quick little introduction to me,

if you're not all that familiar with me. So what this podcast is, obviously, I named it the Good Day
