And this is Joe McCormick.

And today on Weird House Cinema, we are going to be talking about a movie that has two

faces, but one slimy, toxic heart.

And that is the 1962 English language version of the Eurocaju movie Reptilicus, directed by Sidney Pink.

Now, one thing to mention right at the beginning here is that this movie is kind of weird.

There exist two different versions of the film, one in English and one in Danish,

and neither one is simply a dub of the other.

There were actually two different movies shot separately,

but sharing the same story and most of the same cast,

but with different lines in each language and two different directors.

So the Danish version you'll get was directed by Paul Bong,

and the English version by Sidney Pink,

the latter of which, again, is the one we're going to be talking about today.
