I have a really fun episode today and it's with one of my friends Mark Nargy, Chef Mark Nargy. So what we're talking about today is an essential

skill which is cooking. Now, listen, don't go yet. Don't go to the next episode. I'm telling you this is important. I would not have done an episode. I don't do any episodes that I don't feel are important.

I know that you might not be a guy who does a lot of cooking

or maybe it's just something that you're not interested in,

that's fine.

We're not teaching you how to be a chef here. We're not going to be teaching you all these crazy things that you're never going to do, but

Chef Mark is going to be discussing why, first of all, why cooking is so important and I can even

tell you a little bit right now everyone cooks right everyone cooks on some level

even if it's not fancy you're making yourself a meal right you're putting things

together and it's such a crucial skill to have in your life but also with women eventually

a woman is going to come over and I highly recommend that on a second third or fourth date that she does come over to your place and you do cook some sort of meal or cook something.

It doesn't have to be this crazy extravagant thing, but what we're going over, what to do and some tips on how to do it when it comes to cooking, when it comes to baking, when it comes to making all this stuff work.

So I really highly recommend that you tune into this and you

take some tips because no matter what whether you like cooking or don't like

cooking this is going to help you.

And I really wish that every guy would on some level learn

how to be a better cook.
