Ironically, one must be over 18 to access the site even though it is marketed towards minors. Corporate “journalist” Taylor Lorenz says she has “severe PTSD” from being a journalist. She typically covers internet drama between teenagers, so she wasn't exactly taking gunfire in an active war zone. In a clear attempt to garner sympathy, Lorenz comes off as fragile and incapable of handling the criticism that comes with a high-profile position at a major outlet.
