I've lost the weight, stopped, got frustrated, and gained it back. And you know, it's funny, whenever I did that, I never said like I was successful. I very much felt like I failed, even though I felt like I was successful when I was thin, but then I felt like I failed. Because the goal was never to lose weight. Even though I wouldn't say that, the goal was never to lose weight. The goal actually was to become thin, which is why the name of the podcast is the becoming
