I haven't seen you in a while.

Long time, to be honest with you. Very long time. But it's good to see you looking well. Yeah, things are going pretty good. How are you out there in sunny, warm Vegas? Yeah, it's beautiful. Yeah, the weather here at the moment is amazing. So I know that different parts of the U.S. and obviously Canada are experienced in very cold weather. but we've been very fortunate to enjoy some amazing weather at the moment, so it's been great.

It's actually freezing here, and I'm very mad at you that I have to...

You know, it's funny, my last year around this time, me, my brother and my nephew took a trip to Vegas for a motorcycle trip. And he was just asking me about that a couple weeks ago. He was like, hey, we should go to Vegas again. So we've actually been thinking about it this whole month, like maybe just going out there for a short stint. But anyways, Neil, I wanted to get you on.

I haven't, you know, we have never really talked about bodybuilding or coaching or anything like that.
