| 0:00.0 | Hey guys and welcome back to the Bristos Mata Baby podcast. I am your host, Becca. I am, this is a first. I am |
| 0:08.7 | podcasting from my car right now. Headphones with a mic set and all. I am just, I'm literally in a |
| 0:17.0 | parking lot outside of a coffee shop where I was just working and I was like, you know what? |
| 0:22.9 | I could probably podcast in my car today. So I brought my equipment and I'm just waiting for the person |
| 0:27.3 | in the either car next to me to walk by and be like, what is happening inside of that car? I probably |
| 0:33.6 | look like I have one of those like early 2000s Bluetooth headsets, but on steroids. |
| 0:40.0 | Anyway, so here to talk about the first trimester today. |

| 1:28.8 | And just, you know, cooking us dinner when he can and just, you know, all the ways that he steps up is just so appreciated. |
| 1:36.6 | And hopefully maybe he'll actually listen to this episode, although I do tell him this in person. |
| 1:40.7 | He knows that I appreciate him. |
| 1:42.9 | But anyway, so we're going to talk about the first |
| 1:45.8 | trimester in today's episode. So I'm going to give you like a recap of how it all went this time. |
| 1:55.3 | Spoiler alert, it's been very similar to my other pregnancies. And if you followed along in prior seasons and prior pregnancies, |
| 2:05.2 | then you already know that it is very difficult for me. I am usually very sick. Now, I don't |
| 2:14.8 | throw up a ton, but I'm going to talk a little bit more about that in a few minutes, |
