Today I want to talk about the one thing that could shift your whole life,

the one pivot, the one sentence, the one word, the one thought, the one action. I want to talk about

Chad Bartlett, a student who literally has changed the world when it comes to

real estate investing. He broke the

system. He broke the mold. Talk about that in a minute and that

unbelievable way he's used technology and automation to change everything. Like

Uber broke taxis. Chad literally broke the way you invest in real estate.

It'll never be the same. But I want to talk about that one thing.

Chad was a mechanic in Anchorage, Alaska. He said sometimes it'd be 10, 20 below zero and he'd be

outside pushing cars and his fingers felt like they were going to crack off and

break working 60 hours a week and he just thought what am I going to do? I'm

taking care of my family. And then that one thing happened to him.

And the reason I'm sharing this in a weekly wisdom, I want you to be looking for that one thing you can use as your fuel,

your inspiration, to never let anything get in your way from where you need to go. One day he was leaving early and

usually his daughter is asleep when he leaves the house and he goes in to kiss her

and she wakes up out of the bundle of blankets because it's so cold in the last

got a winter day and she says dad why do you have to go to work don't leave and he said it hit his heart that day

I got goosebumps thinking about it because I know Chad and what an amazing man he is he said that moment was his one thing.

He said enough, no more.

He grabbed my real estate strategy.
