What's up, Frank? Good morning, everybody. With my good friend Frank Kern. Okay Okay today I want to talk about having more

good in your life more abundance more joy and the things that bring that to you

compared to the things that don't that are the opposite the things that stall you the things that frustrate you the things that are the opposite. The things that stall you, the things that

don't bring you more money, don't bring you more joy. Easier said than

done, but lately, Frank, told me to read this book 80-20. I don't know if you know the 80-20 rule or most of your

happiness joy income if you have a business most of your profits come from 20% of the people

in fact 80% of your profits come from 27% of the people. In fact, 80% of your profits come from 27% of the people.

80% of your happiness comes from 20% of the things that you do.

Really sounds so simple, but we don't do it and what I'm

we're sitting here in the back of our car talking about you talking about you

guys before we go live and said how do we give you more good or show you a path

for more good in your life and less bad. I mean that's what we all want. I think

Joe Polish says it right. It's like we want more a and less a right? I mean that's

what we're all here for. It's why you guys would tune in and watch me on a Monday today when there's lots of stuff going on. So

Frank, what do you got to say about more good and less bad? I'd say it's easier

set than done, like tactically to implement the 8020 rule because if you talk about 8020 to someone they're like oh yeah dude I know that I've heard that but now the question is okay, are you doing it? So I heard about it, read blog post about it, probably starting in 2014 and was like, oh, yeah, okay, you know, I get it, but I never actually tried to deploy it once I actually tried to deploy it which was in August of 2016

Life was totally different so we're here today. We're going to meet with some clients here

in Utah where we're going to only do good. So our job today is to only do things

that make us excited and energize us and we're doing

none of the bad.

And I think from a tactical perspective on how to actually do it, it's a real easy approach.
