Yesterday morning I woke up and I have to be transparent here and I'm going to share this in front of you too.

Is when I was a kid I didn't like the holidays you know everybody's got their own thing.

My parents were apart when I was really young and we moved a lot and

holidays just get put me in this funk and that's so far gone that's my past that

the craziness of my childhood and the sadness of my child is gone and this this little

amazing angel here and her brother have taken that all away and I'm so blessed and I'm so

abundant but for some reason that still sticks way down in my gut. I wake up on holiday mornings and I have this

like pit this little bit of sadness this little bit of just residual effects
