Before we bring Nick on the show though, I do want to get to some audio from press conferences this week in Youngstown, Ohio as the 49ers are holding

practices with a little layover in Youngstown instead of coming all the way back to

Santa Clara before heading to their week two matchup in Cincinnati.

So let's get right into it.

Let's start with the coach and what is the thought process in spending the week in

Youngstown, Ohio?

I think it's huge.

I mean, I've learned that the hard way over these last couple years.

Not just the time change, which is very tough going back and forth,

especially when you have an early game,

but also just the flying how long it is and

when you play a long game how much you can swell up on that plane after and having to

come back so I think it's a huge advantage. I love the move and it worked pretty well

for the 49ers in the Harbaw era they hadn't done it for a couple of years but yeah I agree I think it is an advantage

The fact that it's a 10 a.m. game to so now you're acclimated to the eastern time zone and you don't have to worry about going from back home,

then you're at your normal clock again back home after just being in the east coast and then coming back and then it's a 10 a.m.
