Summary

We are all dealing with so much right now that we could all use a little more calm and grounding in our days.  In this episode I talk about why breathwok is such a powerful tool for releasing stuck emotions and dealing with stress and anxiety. There’s a lot of good information about breathwork so make sure to listen all the way though.  I’ve also created a breathwork course, Room To Breathe, that I’d love you to check out. anxiety. And it seems like a weird thing. I actually had a few of you reach out and DM me and

1:11.0

you know, this is like some woo-woo shit. But I really found this to be incredibly helpful for

1:17.6

my sense of calm and inner peace and being able to release emotions. And I had one guy, you know,

1:23.1

write me and say, you know, I've only, I haven't been able to feel into my, my sadness and

1:28.8

the grief of losing a parent. And, uh, and he said, you know, over the course of 20 years,

1:34.0

I think I've only cried twice and I did your breath of work course and, and, not the

breath of a course, but the breathwork 48 challenging. He's like, and I broke down twice. So he's like, can you explain to me what's
