| 2:05.0 | It was reported this week, first by the Washington Post, that North Korea has successfully produced a miniaturized nuclear warhead that can fit a top its missiles. |
| 2:15.0 | And most importantly, from the point of view of the United States, its intercontinental ballistic missiles are ICBMs that have the capability of reaching the US mainland. |
| 2:24.0 | So those two things, plus the revelation that they may have more warheads than previously understood, make it a real game changer. |
| 2:34.0 | So President Trump's reaction is obviously something we're going to talk about, and obviously something that changed the dynamic here. |
