Welcome back in Clay Travis, Buck Sexton Show. As we talk to you, there is a debate on the Senate floor,

which is not very exciting because we already know what the outcome is going to be.

The filibuster changes are going to fail, barring some seismic change from

Kersen cinema and from Joe Manchin. The voting rights bills are going to fail as a result because

they are not going to be capable of getting to 60 votes. That is where we are right now on the Senate floor.

As a result, Buck, there's going to be much hand-rearing. And we should mention, by the way,

that Joe Biden is having a press conference at 4 o'clock Eastern today. It'll be interesting

to see how that goes with him actually taking questions from the media that is gathered there.

And also how many questions he'll take and whether or not those questions will have been pre-cleared

because if you've looked at the way that Joe Biden sits there with his list of who he's calling on,

it definitely feels like there's a rig job and effect there, right, Buck?

Yeah, what do you think the chances are at some point we hear something like,

I'm not supposed to call on you. You're not on the, but okay.

You know, what do you think the chance is Biden goes off the rails a little bit somewhere? I think

it's pretty high. Hi, very high. And by the way, he's had four or five days to prepare for this.

He hasn't done any public events. He sent out tweets, obviously, which he has nothing to talk about.

But there's going to be hand-rearing. I'm sure he'll continue to try to try to out his Jim Crow 2.0

argument. And it'll probably at some point, I would wager, we could almost have Joe Biden being

go buck where we could sit here and set the odds of what topics are going to come up because we've

heard him talk. And they'll say it's a pandemic of the unvaccinated, which is untrue. He will say,

it's Jim Crow 2.0. I think there's a very good chance that he will try and argue that democracy
