All right second hour Clay and Buck takes off and as you know

we got another day of the Trump trial with the Trumpster showing up himself. Donald Trump

isn't back there and he is doing what he does. He is a one man show always and everywhere.

Uh he got a little um how I put this. He he let his feelings be known about

Latisha James the attorney general and about the judge Arthur Engoran who is presiding over this

case. Here's let's start first with this Trump saying what he really thinks about this trial

on day three. Play clip two. She brought the case under the statue that has never been used for

a thing like this before. We're not entitled to a jury. Do I have a jury? Even though it's in New

New York and I think that'd be common. There you go. But if I had a jury we wouldn't

this case for easy but I don't have a jury. And you see what's happening. This is a real road

and it's the beginning of communism in our country. This is the beginning of communism.

The beginning of communism in our country. Uh it certainly is a massive leap forward in the

weaponization for political reasons of prosecutors and judges. That's for sure given

what we see going on here. I'd also note play this judge particularly judge Engoran

who as we noted seem to be very pleased to be on camera recently when the cameras came up.

But this is a flashback to 2015 with this same judge speaking about giving you a sense of his

judicial philosophy when it comes to juries. Play one. Now I'm going to say something controversial

even while being taped. Juries get it wrong a lot. That's my own opinion. I do only civil trials

personal injury cases, contract disputes. But I've had situations where like oh my my heaven's

sake. How could they have fought that? Well, I have a tool that I can deal with that. It's called
