We haven't done one of these in a while, man.

This is what we call the weekly pep talk

on the certified mama's boy podcast.

It's a five minute podcast that we do every week.

Well, God, we haven't done this in a couple of weeks.

Just to make the transition between the weekend

and Monday a little easier, just a little positivity

to get your maybe your Sunday night going

or maybe your Monday morning

and this is called the weekly pep talk

and this with my mom and it's next.

Tuesday is Valentine's Day.

A day that we intentionally focus on love.

So I thought for today, I would talk

for a few minutes about self love

because I believe that all love comes from self love

that we cannot love one another

if we don't first love ourselves.

And for me, that love comes from the divine energy

within me, for me that's God.

Not sure what you would call your higher power,

but that's what we tap into to love ourselves
