obviously this week is a pretty chaotic week with the election and everything so my mom decided to do a

meditation to kind of ground us and get us ready and our head straight for the week ahead of

We have a big week ahead of us this week.

And one of the ways that I reduce my stress and try to remain calm

is to meditate and so for this Sunday I thought that I would lead us in a guided meditation

that perhaps you too might want to use

today or during the week if you find yourself being stressed or anxious.

So first, just get into a comfortable position, either sitting with your feet firmly on the floor and your back erect, or to lie down, whichever way is comfortable for you.

Whichever way will just allow peace

to come into your body and into your mind.

And begin with taking a few deep breaths. In through your nose, hold for a few seconds, whatever is comfortable for you and then out through your mouth.

Imagine that you are breathing in peace and letting out stress and anxiety.
