What's up? Welcome to the Weakly Pepp talk. I hope you think of this as like a pill to

help fight Sunday scary. It's just a little positivity to end your weekend, start your

week or whenever you listen to this. Just a five minute or so podcast for my mom. We

call this the weekly pep talk and it's right after this.

good hot. The kind of hot that boosts taste nothing else. The ultimate spicy meatball with

In only two days, I will be 70 years old. Wow, that is so astounding to me. But I feel

so blessed to have lived for 70 years. Because at this point, if I live for another six

months, Jeffrey, I will. I will have outlived everyone and my biological family, including

my mother, my father, and my two brothers. That's an astounding feeling to me to think that

they missed so much of life. My brother, my younger brother died at the age of 64. And

my older brother died at the age of 35. And my mother died when she was 47 and my dad died

when he was 70. So in the scheme of things, considering people now live to be 100 more

often than not, well, not more often than not, but still a lot of people live to be 100

now. They all died young. And so they missed out on a lot of life. And I think of that all

the time because I cherish so much the life that I have lived and the life that I will

continue to live, hopefully. I pray that I will stay healthy. And my family will continue

to be blessed and grow. And that we will continue to love and celebrate good times. So I'm just

wondering, you know, do you ever think about the blessing of your life, just the blessing

of your life that you have lived to come to this day? And how many other people that you
