Currently it is 806 on Sunday morning and I typically have these things done ready to go

by Saturday night but I forgot and I woke up to a text where mom be like,

where's my show?

So sorry if you missed it early early, early Sunday morning, but here you go.

The weekly Pep talk is like just five minutes to try to get your head right for the week

and it's meant to inspire you and make you feel good. So hopefully that's

exactly what this is going to do. We'll see you back here for new episodes

Hi it's Nancy and a blessed Sunday to you all. I hope that you will take time this day to find things that

nurture your soul. One of my favorite things to really get me in touch with God and creation is being in nature.

Jim and I try to take a walk around the lake every day or every other day and just hear the sound of the birds,

the sound of the water hitting the shore, the breeze and the trees, and just to enjoy being connected to all of creation.

It's a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful way to feed your soul and a beautiful thing to do with your children.

I have started my photography class too on skill share as I talked about earlier this week and I hope that

all of you certified fans will join me so that we can start to post our photos on our Facebook page and of course one of the things

that I started photographing today was nature. I photographed some trees. I photographed some

moss. I photographed the beautiful birds that I am now enjoying once again now that the owner of the lot next

door to us has given me permission to hang my bird feeders again, which are right outside my library window, which is where I spend a lot of my time every day.

It's where I start my day and prayer and meditation.
