Feng Shui of course is energy and it's fascinating to read about how the things that surround us

are physical things and are emotional and spiritual space create health and wellness within us.

And I know that from my own experience that when I would design a person's home when I was an interior designer

I would come to know the people first and to sense their spirits, their energy so that I could help them create a space where that could flourish.

And I think Feng Shui is a way of doing that that I am getting ready to really delve into and understand more about.

But I'm on chapter two and chapter two is starting clean decluttering your mind body and spirit.

And it starts with a quote by Johann von Gerta, which is knowing is not enough. We must apply.

Willing is not enough. We must do.

And I love that quote because it's so true. We really have to put into action the things that we have learned, no matter what it is.

You need action to make them work for you.

One of the things that she talks about of course is and starting to declutter your mind is paying attention to what you let in your mind, whether that's through social media, TV, whatever kind of media, what kind of negativity do you let in your mind from your friends, from your associates.

So to try to get rid of the mind clutter and she suggests several ways of doing that, many of which we've talked a bit on this podcast meditation, a personal mantra prayer and going from negative to positive to creating positive messages from the negative ones that come into your mind.
