We do this to the beginning or the end of every week,

depending on how you look at it.

My mom just gets a couple of minutes with you,

less than five, typically.

Just to kind of put some wisdom in your brain

and get you motivated for, you know,

she's good at this.

Man, she's been doing this for a long time.

Now she's been mom in a long time, 42 years.

She's been mom and so hopefully it's something

you can take away and walk away with one with for the week.
