All right, welcome to the Sunday Pep Talk with my mom.

Hopefully you're safe.

I'm going to say hopefully you're having a good weekend because I know it's been a heavy weekend.

Right now it's a little before nine on Saturday night sitting here and I'm watching all the

different cities and the protest and I'm just I'm sad for everybody involved that's

kind of what she gets into today.

So a couple things, really quick before we get into the Pep talk,

then in case you're new to the Pep talk,

this is just five minutes of my mom,

and it's supposed to just get your mind kind of set right.

Just a little tiny nugget for Sunday to have something to start your week with.

Before we do though, I few things.

Number one tomorrow Monday, Cheesme where I'm going to talk to you about the time that I asked Gina, my ex co-host on a date,

and the truth behind that story, okay? Number two is, I am, the reason I'm sitting here and it's

nine o'clock almost on Saturdays and working

feverishly hard actually it's not on just one new project not two new projects

but three new projects that my plan is to launch on Wednesday.

I was sitting here talking to a friend

and I was like, I don't know if it's like a good time

to be launching these projects in the middle of all of the upset right now so I might push it off but we'll just kind

see how the week goes right day at a time and we'll figure it out anyway I love you I do and I hope that you have
