Whoops. Hello. Hopefully you were having a good weekend. Good Sunday and if you're not,

it's Monday at Tuesday

I guess that's fine too.

We call these a pep talk.

It's five minutes.

My mom just comes on here and just gives you a little bit of knowledge

just to get your mind right for the week,

get your brain set up the right way so you can kind of

launch into your week, feeling positive, feeling good, or maybe you're just need like a midweek

slump and you just need to get a little pep in your step if you will.

Well that's what the pep talk is for obviously so

anyway enjoy don't forget tomorrow we'll come back with the Monday cheese may it's the

gossip right that's how the word cheese may means gossip in Spanish and I'm gonna tell you

the time I was never able to tell the story

before but the time that someone actually died while I was on the air like mid-bit and we can never talk

about it so that's tomorrow Monday on the show.
