Welcome to the certified mama's boy podcast.

We want to call this like a weekly pep talk and the concept

behind this is that my mom once a week is going to come on and post this on Sunday.

It's like five minutes. A really quick five minute pep talk to kind of get you

pumped up for the week. Now we didn't record this together. I just I had to teach her how to

record like using audio software on her end which you can imagine how that went.

And so she sent me a couple copies over,

and the first couple were like too ready.

I'm like, stop reading.

And she sent me just copy over, I'm like, great.

And then I went into edit it, and I think she didn't use her mic and hooks up to the computer I think she's just using her like the built in like the built in but it's fine it's fine you don't expect high quality caliber out of this this little

podcast right? Anyway, so the point of this is to just get you pumped up for the

week and I just want to get you motivated, make you feel good.

I think when you get back into the flow of work

and Sunday's scary, start to kick you on Sunday night,

you can just listen to this and get you motivated.
