We're talking about resilience and really how resilient you can be when needed.

It's crazy when you really think about it.

Well, this has certainly been a challenging week with the war in Ukraine.

And Jim and I watched a documentary on Netflix called Winter and Fire about the Ukrainian

people in the 2014 revolution, which of course, they won.

And that was such a striking documentary to us because it appears to have been filmed

in real time and we were both just amazed by the absolute determination and resilience

of the Ukrainian people to stand up for what they believed in and to fight for their freedom

and their families and their community and their country.
