Hello, it's Nancy and today is the 13th of February, the day before Valentine's Day,

when we remember people that we love and care for and how important they are in our lives.

And today is also my friend Joel's birthday.

And he was of course a very important person to me.

I know that many of you have followed along with me on that journey of having lost him

in July at the age of 90 and how important he was to my life and to the life of our family.

So I've been thinking a lot about him today.

And I have missed him and I've reflected back on so many memories that we had together.
