Hi, hello. This is what we call the weekly pep talk. It's five minutes is.

He used to be called the five minute pep talk and then I realized that it was rarely five minutes.

So it's one sweet my mom comes on here and gives you just a little nugget of knowledge to think about as you go into your week.

It's supposed to be something that you can save for when you're ready for it when you need it.

When you want a little boost of motivation, it's short. It's super short. So hopefully that you enjoy it. And today, it's, you know, with all the election come down and everything's still pretty tense. Here's a couple tips of maybe how we can get the country back in order and working together and loving each other okay?

Atlanta until 2017 when I retired.

This one is about things you can do to heal the nation today.

And with all the struggle and strife of this election, I was just so impressed by this

and I wanted to share these things with you all today. The first is, be kind in speech and actions, especially with those with whom you disagree. We have talked many times on this podcast about talking to others and to ask the question or to say, maybe it's not a question,

but help me understand.

Let's try to listen to others that have different views from us

because we all have different world views based on our experience and our lives and we can be enriched by those of others.

And so let's try to be attentive and listen to one another.
