Mercury in Capricorn is bringing our attention to important decisions and commitments that need to be made that serve where you are going now. Mars in Sagittarius is a bit rogue as he travels from 3 degrees to 8 degrees and doesn't aspect any other transiting planet. 0:24.3	quick visual. And I was guided to give you this visual to help you feel strong, grounded,
0:31.9	and clear, to remember who you are, to remember your strength and your power.
0:39.3	And this is just a very quick visual where we're going to move through all seven chakras.
0:46.0	So start by visualizing your base root chakra as a very vibrant red. And it spinning spinning spinning spinning and the energy now moves up to
1:00.2	your sacral chakra that is a bright orange and it is vibrant alive strong the energy now moves up to your
1:09.7	solar plexus chakra that is bright yellow, as bright as the sun,
1:14.8	beaming, proud, clear, confident.
1:18.4	The energy moves up to your heart chakra, which is green, loving, kind, pure.
1:25.9	Then we go up to your throat chakra.
1:29.2	You see it as a beautiful, clear blue, a light blue that is able to communicate and share
1:36.3	what it needs to say.
1:38.2	The energy now goes up to your third eye chakra, a deeper blue, very strong aware of itself aware of its own abilities
1:50.2	and then the energy goes up to your crowned chakra a lovely purple also open clear alive and connecting you to the higher realms.
2:05.4	This very quick exercise brings you into awareness of your energy fields that are always within
2:12.7	your power, within your control, and it's meant to ground you as we move through this very big astrology of
