and how are you doing?

I know a lot of people are wondering.

Yeah, I'm now I'm doing much better for those of you who are wondering why people are

wondering is that I've seemed to have entered into a dance with COVID.

And I think I'm on the, you know, recovering end of it

and aside from feeling a little tired

and being a little nasally and maybe coughing once or twice during today's recording.

Rick, I'm so happy that you're feeling better and we're so grateful that you're here with us.

So I know that you're just going to continue to get better and better and we will definitely be patient with you if you

need to cough or take a break at any point during the episode today.
