but now I know how important it is and before every

show we do a grounding together so Anne myself and Jamie who's behind the scenes you

I always anchor us in gratitude and connect us with all of you out there because we can feel you we know you're there and we just set an intention for how we would like to how what feeling we would like to transmit to all of you today and then Anne always brings in the directions and it's my favorite

it's so inspiring and it just really sets this tone and this energy that we get to

connect with all of you and so it's we really are coming here together in a sacred circle.

We are very intentional about the energy that is created and that's why we're a little bit late because everything got a little push and I was like we could skip the
