I'm okay. I mean, yeah, it's I'm processing things today. You know, it's I was just telling our producer Kale that we're always expected to have strong opinions about things but sometimes you just

kind of want to sit back and absorb listen and process and I'm having one of those days so you know

the show's going to be a little different today format wise,

but I think it makes sense because a lot of these discussions

need to be had and it's nuanced, it's complicated, it's difficult. difficult and you know it's important to listen to people

and hear what they have to say. Absolutely so yeah we should say on today's program we were going to have well we are still having but we had already booked big Wazwaz the Lombre from the athletic from the count of dings network

He co-hosts this great podcast called Wokebrows with Nandau Vila and myself and we were going to actually talk about players unions and the

NBA and the NBA coming back. So we're still going to talk about that, but obviously, you know, the events of the last several days have happened, so obviously we're going to be talking about that with Waz as well.

We're going to bring him on actually in a few minutes and sort of spend the first bulk of the show just kind of having a general conversation.
