With me to break down four games from this weekend.

Are we just renaming this show, the Total Penalty Show now from now on?

Is that what we're doing?

This game is just penalties with a little bit of soccer around it now. Is that not what it is?

That could be the longer title. I think the total penalty show with some soccer around it. Yeah, why not? Let's do that. Let's do that. We do have lots of penalties to discuss for sure. We've got games in the Premier League, in Germany, in Spain, and in Italy.

We're not going to talk Major League Soccer.

Decision Day happened this weekend.

But we should say congratulations to the Philadelphia

Union, supporter shield winners with a Captain America shield, I believe is what I saw Andrew Webe

tweeting today. So well done to them. I think Ryan and I will try to do a little bit more with

Major League Soccer and have some more people on as the playoffs begin. But just wanted to point out

if you do want some more MLS coverage than MLS assist has you covered. And with that said, let's talk Premier League, shall we, Mr. Bailey? I would love to. Big few days for Philadelphia, by the way, big few days. Yeah, yeah, not a bad couple days. Not a bad couple days. Things good in Philly with dancing mailboxes. I enjoyed the dancing mailboxes. I enjoyed Gritty's appearance as well, and I did enjoy the union becoming supporter shield winners.

I should also note, while we're doing a little bit of like housekeeping up front, I think Ryan and I are slowly, not even slowly, but just like kind of evolving the weekend review based on how we think it works best, what we think works best.

And if people have noticed, we've sort of gone away from the, we're going to talk about 12 different games and lots of different things. Because from my perspective, it makes it harder to really focus in and see what was happening. Instead, I feel like we get caught up in the should that have been a penalty. Why did this happen? But not really explaining the overall game. So I think we're trying to sort of winnow down the approach to find the games that we think really are of substance or have things that need to be said about them or are really interesting for whatever reason. So we've got four, as I said, but wanted to have that out up front to then say, Ryan, Man City, Liverpool, a one-to-one draw that seemed for a moment like it might be four to four, and then was not. This was a game of two halves, if you'd like to use a cliche to start off the show. Very, very interesting game, obviously probably the biggest Premier League game of the weekend. After that first half, even the commentary team were like, oh, I can't wait for another 45 minutes of this, because it was pretty breakneck stuff and sort of a couple of four, two, three ones going up

against each other with, well, I suppose Liverpool almost doing a four to four, with Diego

Jota playing alongside a Zabig, a three, which was an interesting and bold move from Yergen Klopp.
