joined as always by my colleague from the Athletic Stuart Mandel. We are taping Sunday morning.

I just got back from Lincoln, Nebraska, where I saw a dud of a game where Oklahoma just

absolutely blew out Nebraska after the Corn Oscars had like maybe

five good minutes and then it fell apart.

Stu, how would you rate what you saw on your TV yesterday?

You know, a lot happened.

There was a lot of entertaining moments like Appalachian States, Hail Mary.

But I don't know that there was like

a overwhelming number one, you know, this is the most important story. We need to talk about it

right now. I have a question for you. So we're three weeks in. What is it? Is there a team

that coming into the season you never would have thought of as a

playoff contender that you're now like, yeah, I could see that happening.

That's a good question.

This is too strong to say this, but like, because I wasn't, I felt like Michigan was a top

10 team, but I feel a little, I feel a lot more bullish by the week and they haven't

played anybody yet i i would definitely put them in there um i wouldn't go as far as to say

oklahoma is is that team but like maybe i mean they were impressive yesterday Dylan gabriel's a

good for this i just don't know how good their defense really is because Nebraska has almost no playmakers.

So if you ask me for one, I think I'm going to, I think I would say Michigan, but it sounds like you have somebody else in mind.

Are you saying that coming into the season, you would never, it would never have occurred to you that Michigan could be a playoff team?
