When you think about it, I'm pretty sure you agree with me when I say, our choices matter.

Our choices don't stand alone. There's usually a pattern to the kind of choices we make every

day, and those cumulative choices create a momentum in our lives.

It's movement that points us in a certain direction.

I think you and I know that's true, right?

But have you ever paused to consider that you choose your thoughts?

So your thoughts are actually choices, and they're creating a momentum in your life that are taking you
