0:54.0	That yesterday I pulled out about 50 pounds of leaves,
0:58.5	Gook, and dirt out of my gutters. So the old owners of this house
1:03.5	clearly maintained the gutters, the downspouts, and the water filtration system.

1:13.7	The joys of moving into a new home and having immediate maintenance to do, I guess.
