As you know, I've been working to lose weight for a while, but I love bread, which is pretty much 100% carbs.

One slice of wheat bread is about 12 carbs.

That's 24 carbs if you're making a sandwich and that's just the bread before you put anything

into the sandwich. But I saw an ad online for Hero Bread that claimed zero carbs.

I was skeptical. I tried other Zero-carb breads in the past that were absolutely horrid.

But I clicked and ordered a loaf of their seed bread and their white bread.

Not only did it feel and taste like actual bread, I've gone back to making

sandwiches like I did before my low-carb diet. I can have a grilled cheese without worry.

I make many pizzas by toasting the white bread and using it like pizza crust.

So I went back and found that Hero Bread also has hot dog buns, so I jumped on that.
