Today we are reading Proverbs chapter 12, verse 25.

It says, anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad.

When life is hard, our hearts can become heavy, weighed down with anxiety or fear or sorrow.

In fact, you can feel this kind of discouragement even in your bones.
