Matthew 6 and 33, I shared on Monday night how that the Lord helped Phyllis and I. It was a pivotal time in our

lives. We were struggling, struggling, struggling for years financially, not in good shape,

getting in worse shape. And this is after I'd been to Bible school. After I had, I preached on prosperity, I believed in prosperity.

But the Lord took me into this verse.

Read it out loud with me.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.

He took me to that verse and he said, son, you're not doing that.

You and Phyllis are not doing this.

You know it, but you're not doing it.

I was a little bit taken aback because I thought, well, you know, man, we left home.

We left everything to pursue the Lord's direction and call and ministry.

And he was able to communicate me.

Well, yeah, you're doing that for the direction of the plan, but you're not doing this in your finances.

And that's what I was praying about. I was pleading with him. He said, you're not doing this in your finances, and that's what I was praying about.

I was pleading with him.
