I appreciate you very much. It's a great pleasure to get to talk with you today.

We will, of course, discuss what we think happened on Sunday on today's show. We have

eight games that I have watched all the way through on Sunday for you to hear about, and let's

get it started by breaking them out. Break out the footy pajamas. The New England Patriots win a game.

They probably should not have won.

They win by one point by virtue of a mixed, missed extra point.

A fun and close game to watch live, which I was, and also a good deal of stuff to talk about.

The main reason I thought to start the show out with this game

was not because I'm a Patriots fan, which is true,

but, you know, I've been pretty skeptical of them for about a half decade.

Rather, the main reason I thought we would start with this game is Trevionn Henderson.

We obviously got the word on Friday that Ramandre Stevenson would be out because of a

toe injury and let's see what happens by the trade deadline, which is now. So I have a sneaking

suspicion. I'll just say that Ramande's injury might be more than a one week affair. So Henderson's

performance against what had been a very good Falcons run defense, at least

until week eight when they got dog-walked by the Dolphins.

So we paid extra close attention to Henderson for sure and wondered what would the Patriots

think of him in the absence of Ramandre Stevenson,

and he dominated the workload.
