This was an awesome day. Yeah. This was an action packed day. Well, we're a lot to, we are a lot to unpack here.

And I think that we got to start Tom, right? Does the Tom Franilly search committee have to shutter its doors after lovey Smith on a homecoming weekend as a 30 point underdog takes down the Wisconsin Badgers, handing this Wisconsin team a playoff potentially playoff contending Badgers team.

It's first loss of the season. Is this I mean, take me through what's going on behind the in the boardroom of the Tom Franilly search committee. Jeff Monkin, Willie Fritz, like a, is that the reason they just know the Illinois jobs not going to be open anymore might as well wait for another season.

Listen, Chip, first of all, the Tom Franilly search committee never never started searching for anybody. We haven't contacted anybody. We're very happy with lovey Smith is our head coach. And we plan for lovey to be here for a long time. Now of course, as the acting athletic director of the Tom Franilly search fund.

So I am thrilled for them that aside going back to the analytical part of this.

If there is a team that lovey Smith is prepared to beat it is a Wisconsin team that runs a very, you know, pro style old school three yards and a cloud of dust. That's what lovey Smith's defense was always built to stop in the NFL.

And it's what it's had problems adjusting to on the college level when it runs into spread off fences that are faster and more talented.

It doesn't always have an answer to it. Wisconsin plays more of a straight ahead right at you style that fits into what his defense is.

And Illinois was able to slow it down and offensively they didn't have a great game but they took advantage of Wisconsin's mistakes, which is another hallmark of lovey's teams when they win as they forced turnovers they take advantage of it.
