warmly joined as I am every Friday when this is being released Thursday for this week when

I appreciate you joining me. I did want to mention that we're recording this on Thursday

late afternoon early evening so everybody knows we don't have any Friday practice reports

or anything like that. We're going off the information we have from Wednesday and Thursday

practice reports. But I want to start off with sort of the big breaking news that dropped

just a couple hours ago, which is Jamar Chase. Now expected to miss four to six weeks maybe

with a hip injury. I'm not sure if he's officially going to go onto IR, but he's going to

miss a couple of weeks with that hip injury. What can you tell us about that?

Yeah, we've been on it all afternoon. Thanks to Jacob and Taylor, the staff at sports

and to explain it. First of all, it's very clear the injury happened against the Saints.

That was week six. It was on a touchdown and Mike Garfollow did some of the reporting

and looking at the play, that is a right hip posterior subluxation type injury. He stayed

in the game. He caught a touchdown in the fourth quarter. He played the next week first

half. I aggravated something played in the second half of week seven and now is out. So

how can that be? He heard it week six, returned to play and now he's out. Well, why is that?

First of all, no one can question Jamar Chase's toughness. This is a posterior hip subluxation

is injury. This is a milder form and I emphasize maybe much milder form than Ryan Fitzpatrick
